@2claim is a Motor
Insurance Claim On-line System via PDA that uses GPS and GPRS to
facilitate a higher response time, and enables the user to extend
high standards of quality to its customers.
@2claim evolved after a study by Arunsawad into the
motor insurance business to identify bottlenecks and constraints
and create solutions that would improve the delivery of excellent
service standards to customers under difficult and stressful
environmental conditions such as traffic jams and noise in
mega cities, emotional stress of clients and third parties when an
accident occurs.
Arunsawad worked with a strategic partner to build up the Insurance
Enterprise Solution, and @2claim was created for its a
specific user group ie general insurance companies who offer
non-life policies to its customers.
The key strategic partnership for the successful implementation of
@2claim is an accredited mobile phone operator which has the same
vision to provide similar quality customer service. It must
also have a wide network coverage and a large database of
customers. In Thailand, Arunsawad’s partner is AIS – which is
an established and accredited mobile phone operator and which has a
customer base of ???
@2claim is submitted as an application software that would support
the general insurance business in order to improve efficiency and
productivity as well as enhance its CRM strategies.
